Rachel Allison Crowned Miss. Ligonier

Rachel Allison  16 from Ligonier was selected  as Miss Ligonier from a group of 25 aspiring contestants only 24 attended as Miranda Jackson was unable to attend in the 53rd annual scholarship pageant sponsored by the Rotary Club of Ligonier.
